How to get rid of yeast infections without drugs

Oh, these fungal infections miserable! Fungal infections are common, but the homogeneity does not erase painful irritation and discomfort. Irritating and embarrassing. Although women are suffering primarily these infections, men can get through sexual intercourse. Sex with an infected partner allows yeast to pass from one individual to another.

Fungal infections, also known as Candida are caused by microscopic groups of fungi and yeast. Yeast is a fungus that lives in small numbers, of course, inside the vagina, but is kept under control by other organisms inside the body healthy. When something happens inside the body, yeast grows and interrupts the balance.

Antibiotics, increased estrogen levels during pregnancy and hormonal replacement therapies can trigger a yeast infection. Other diseases may be factors such as diabetes and HIV infection.

More often, women purchase over-the-counter remedies to treat yeast infections and get relief. But, if you put yeast infections or happen more than four times a year, professional medical advice may be needed.

Luckily, I only had some infection in my life, but they found some home remedies that really work to get rid of and prevent these bad experiences.

Remedies that worked for me:

Plain Yogurt
The good bacteria in yogurt fights yeast (internally and externally). Because sugar feeds yeast, be sure to use unsweetened plain yogurt. Eat a cup of unsweetened plain yogurt a day will be the yeast infection gone in a day or two!

Antibiotics prescribed are known to cause fungal infections, because not only antibiotics kill bad bacteria, also kills good bacteria. However, it can prevent any chance of getting a yeast infection while you're taking antibiotics prescribed. The day that you start taking antibiotics, begin eating a cup of yogurt every day. Antibiotics kill bacteria (good and bad) in your body, but by filling your body with good bacteria, you won't get a yeast infection.

Garlic
Yeast has other enemies, such as garlic. Immediate relief from the yeast can be obtained by inserting a clove of garlic into the vagina every few hours. But, if this looks disgusting or unpleasant, garlic tablets are effective, too. Taking one tablet per day may prevent or get rid of yeast.

Apple Cider vinegar is not filtered:
Another enemy of yeast is Apple Cider vinegar (not filtered). Adding a mug (more or less) to your bath water helps relax and attack the bacteria to yeast infection. Bathing with Apple Cider vinegar, however, is not as effective as ingesting garlic, or garlic suppositories. And, NO, you won't smell like a salad dressing!

Water
Usually, does not drink water amounts needed we need on a daily basis. People must drink an average of 8 eight ounce glasses of water everyday. Simply by drinking an adequate amount of water a day flushing excess sugar by yeast feeds on the body.

Things to avoid when battling yeast infections
Some medicines and products for the hygiene weaken the immune system, and it becomes susceptible to fungal infections.

-Antibiotics and pills weaken the immune system.
-Douching can upset the natural balance.
-Female vaginal Deodorants are irritating, especially if you have an infection.
-Undergarments made from any material other than cotton (nylon and synthetic fibers) prevent air flow to and from the body. Capture moisture and heat provides a perfect environment for the yeast to grow.
-Clothing that fits tightly in the crotch area also creating hot and humid areas for yeast; This also includes the tights.
-Wear wet suits for an extended period of time, such as swim suits to develop yeast.
-Vaginal douching and feminine Deodorants can upset the natural balance of bacteria.
